Sonny Bindra, Vice President, General Counsel

Sonny Bindra is Vice President and General Counsel of ASI System Integration, Inc. with ten (10) years of legal and financial experience. Mr. Bindra has been with ASI for four (4) years with primary responsibility for contract negotiations, transaction execution, tax compliance and legal matters pertaining to human resources. Prior to ASI, Mr. Bindra spent six (6) years in real estate, both as a Vice President for Finance, evaluating the financial opportunities of individual investments, and as a real estate litigator. In his personal time, Mr. Bindra is an avid bicyclist, participating as a member of the NY Velocity development racing team, and serving on the Board of Directors of the Century Road Club Association, the oldest and largest road cycling club in the United States.

Mr. Bindra received his J.D./M.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University School of Law and Frank G. Zarb School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
