Sonny Chabra -- Chairman & CEO

Sonny Chabra immigrated to the United States of America in 1985. In 1988, he joined American Mini Computer, Inc., which was later renamed AMC Computer Corp. In 1992, Mr. Chabra purchased AMC and within six months, sales revenues increased by more than 100%. AMC increased its revenue under Mr. Chabra's effective and responsible fiscal leadership by more than 6,000% over the next eight (8) years and achieved 34 consecutive profitable quarters. In August 2000, Mr. Chabra sold AMC to a Florida-based private equity firm, Maplewood Partners, L.P.

In July 2005, Mr. Chabra started a new venture, ASI System Integration, Inc. As history would repeat itself, under the leadership of Mr. Chabra, ASI continues to be profitable quarter after quarter. Mr. Chabra is the recipient of numerous distinctions for his corporate leadership, including the 2000 VARBusiness Magazine Lifetime Achievement Award, Ernst & Young's 1998 “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and the “1999 Blue Chip Enterprise Executive of the Year” award from the United States Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Chabra's business, personal and entrepreneurial contributions to the South Asian/Indian-American communities have also been recognized with distinguished honors. On May 12, 2001, Mr. Chabra received, along with other notable honorees including former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, the coveted “Ellis Island Medal of Honor” presented by the National Ethnic Coalition Organization (NECO) Sponsored by the US Congress. This award is given to outstanding American citizens who have singularly distinguished themselves among their specific ethnic groups. Among other honors, he received the “Punjabi Ratan Award” in 2000 from the Honorable former First Lady of the United States, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton; the “Pride of India Gold Award” in 1998 from former Prime Minister of India, Honorable H.D. Deva Gowda; and the “Jewel of India Award” in 1997 from former Prime Minister of India, Honorable I.K. Gujral, all such honors recognizing his commitment, contribution and dedication to the Indian community in the United States.

Mr. Chabra was born and raised in India and received a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Punjab University.

Chris Mammano -- President

Chris Mammano is the President of ASI System Integration, Inc. Mr. Mammano's leadership is key to the overall growth of ASI, both in setting strategic business goals and paving the path to achieve them. He is well-respected in the IT industry, and his direction and dedication to ASI is evidenced by his interactions with ASI Executive Management, clients and partners. Mr. Mammano has over twenty years of experience in IT sales. He has previously held positions covering the entire IT Sales Spectrum – including Account Executive, Managing Consultant, Sales Director, and Vice President of Sales. Mr. Mammano has negotiated deals and built a business to $140,000,000 in products, services, and consulting sales. Prior to his current position, Mr. Mammano has held positions as Account Executive and Sales Manager at The Future Now; Vice President of Sales at US Computer Group; General Manager and Sales Manager for CompuCom; and Vice President of Sales at AMC Computer Corporation. He has also received the Impact General “Manager of the Year” award.

Mr. Mammano attended the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Economics (minor in Marketing – Wharton School of Business).

Narinder Chabra -- Chief Operating Officer

Narinder Chabra has nearly 25 years of experience working with multinational engineering firms at various project sites. He has managed numerous large-scale, enterprise level projects responsible for implementations of new technologies, purchasing and order processing and managed inventory processes. Mr. Chabra has held the position in India, Iraq, Kuwait and Canada. Prior to positions in the system integration sector, Mr. Chabra was Operations Director for Frontnac Industries in Montreal, Canada. In July 2005, Mr. Chabra co-founded ASI System Integration, Inc. with his brother, Sonny Chabra. Mr. Chabra oversees procurement, warehouse operations, order processing, logistics, budgeting and infrastructure.

Mr. Chabra received his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering in India and a Master of Engineering degree.

Mark Romanowski -- Executive Vice President

Mark D. Romanowski, a 32-year IT Executive, is currently the Executive Vice President for ASI System Integration, Inc. (ASI). Mr. Romanowski is well recognized throughout the industry for his breadth of knowledge, encompassing extensive expertise in Business Development, Sales, Services Operations, and Executive Management. Mr. Romanowski authored the industry's one and only comprehensive services book titled, "Services Guide". Its wide acceptance and market demand has prompted him to further expand the offering to include strategic consulting including business development, services best practices, delivery, and operations. Mr. Romanowski is a frequent guest speaker and consultant to the leading Information Technology Consulting and Support Organizations, and Industry Analysts. An active participant in numerous industry groups, Mr. Romanowski currently serves as treasurer on the board of directors of CompTIA. CompTIA is the leading global IT trade association with influence in all areas of the IT industry worldwide. He is a member of Field Service Managers International (AFSMI) and a member of the leading Manufacturer's Service Executive Councils.

Mr. Romanowski holds Bachelor degrees from Brooklyn College, in addition to completing countless management, services, sales, operations, and marketing programs throughout his career.

Angel Pineiro -- SVP, Support Services

Angel Pineiro is an IT Industry Executive with over 25 years experience in Support Services. Most of his work has been in customer and managed services in the technology reseller channel. He has served in several capacities throughout his career for regional and national corporations including Service Manager, Productivity Manager, Compliance Officer, Director of Technical Services and Vice President of Managed Services. At ASI, Mr. Pineiro manages the corporation's Support Services Organization (SSO), encompassing over five hundred delivery staff members (service technicians, engineers, help desk analyst) locally, nationally and worldwide. Mr. Pineiro has seen explosive revenue growth at ASI in the Customer Services arena during his tenure. Throughout his career, Mr. Pineiro has completed numerous seminars including service management, productivity, financial, help desk and marketing, and customer satisfaction. Mr. Pineiro has also contributed to the enhancement of CompTIA's A+ certification as a subject matter expert and is the Co-Chairperson of CompTIA's Career Path Initiative. Mr. Pineiro has been invited as a panelist for several IT Speaker Forums throughout North America.

Mr. Pineiro received his Bachelors degree in Theology from the United Bible College and Seminary.

John Karpinski -- Chief Technology Officer

John Karpinski, the Chief Technology Officer at ASI, is an Executive-level Managing Consultant with vast experience in all aspects of Management, Computer, Network systems and Customer Service. Mr. Karpinski has an extensive background in an array of verticals including publishing, financial, commercial and legal sectors of large multinational businesses He is a specialist in crisis management and customer relations, as well as a an experienced technologist with over 20 years in the I.T business. To that end, Mr. Karpinski is engaged by ASI to build a consultancy in the areas of Infrastructure, Security, Storage Area Networks and Data Protection. His consulting staff is built of subject matter experts that have many years in a specific practice. In addition John is directly responsible for both Project and Program Management with in ASI. He and his staff has successfully designed and implemented large both Local and Wide Area Networks for many of our enterprise customers. ASI's consultants have performed Security assessments as well as set Security policies for many of our clients. Our consultants and architects are also proficient in the design and installation of Storage Area Networks and Data Protection solutions. The core competencies in which he and his group excel are their abilities to understand both customer's needs as well as technologies to their fullest.

John Karpinski attended De Vry Technical Institute in New Jersey where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering, and took various electronics courses and seminars at both the College of Staten Island and the American Management Association located in New York City.

Tom Beer -- Vice President

Thomas Beer is a Vice President at ASI System Integration. Mr. Beer has been in the computer field for twenty-four years, starting with a regional computer reseller in the early 80’s. His responsibility was managing the Fortune 500 accounts that utilized the services offered by the reseller. Tom is active in the electronic recycling industry, working with corporations globally to help set guidelines and standards for disposing and recycling unwanted PC assets. Mr. Beer was the founder and CEO of Yesterday’s Business Computers Inc, one of the most experienced full cycle PC Disposition Management Service Company’s in the U.S., located in Somerset New Jersey with affiliate locations in London and California. He was responsible for all facets of the company’s sales and day-to-day operations. He also is founding partner in Sterling Recycling, a New Jersey Certified-recycling depot. Tom currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Independent College Fund of New Jersey, an organization founded in 1953 to help secure financial support for the state’s private colleges and universities. Tom’s hobbies include competitive softball and golf. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughter.

Tom attended Wagner College in Staten Island and then transferred to Trenton State College and graduated with a BS in Pre-Law in 1978. After graduation Tom worked for the New Jersey Department of Corrections.

Ravi Thakur -- Chief Financial Officer

Ravi Thakur is the Chief Financial Officer of ASI System Integration, Inc. An active member of the ASI Executive Team, he holds over twenty years of working experience in the Finance and Accounting area for mid-sized companies in New York City. Mr. Thakur's responsibilities at ASI include direct monitoring of accounts payable and receivable, maintenance of financial reporting & internal corporate controls, budget analysis and tax evaluation. His role, most importantly, is essential to the continuous upward financial growth of ASI. Previous to his current position, Mr. Thakur has held several financial leadership roles in the IT industry including Senior Accountant of Cahill, Larkin & Co., MIS Manager/Assistant Controller of A.I. Friedman, L.P. NY, and CFO of AMC Computer Corporation. His years of experience in budgetary planning and action have afforded him a great depth of knowledge and business success.

Mr. Thakur's academic pursuits include an M.B.A in Finance and Accounting, C.P.A in the State of NJ and a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from I.I.T New Delhi, India.

Sonny Bindra -- Vice President, General Counsel

Violeta Montalvo -- Vice President, Human Resources

Violeta Montalvo is the Vice President of Human Resources at ASI, bringing with her 10 years of HR management and corporate training experience.  Ms. Montalvo’s responsibilities range from employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management to recruitment, retention and legal compliance.  Prior to her joining ASI, she worked at several technology and IT-related firms including Globix Corporation, Visual Media and Interactive Television. Ms. Montalvo has overseen industry competitiveness, leading her to develop dynamic and cost-optimized strategies to aid in the attraction and retention of world-class talent, while continuing to support corporate goals and objectives.

Ms. Montalvo received her Bachelors degree from Nyack College and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Pace University.   She went on to complete a Masters in Human Resources Management at the New York Institute of Technology. A professional member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Ms. Montalvo continues to expand her HR expertise by actively participating in management and HR seminars/conferences

Irv Steinhardt -- Director, Enterprise Systems

Kathleen Riley -- Director, Marketing & Business Development

Kathleen Riley is the Director of Marketing & Business Development Manager at ASI. Her position includes several functions, including management of all strategic manufacturer and distributor partner relationships, execution of inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, and formulating business development strategy. A direct report to the CEO, Sonny Chabra , Katie works directly with each ASI executive to ensure partner compliance, manage services opportunities, respond to RFPs, and develop successful client-partner events.

Ms. Riley graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers College, with majors in both Spanish and Communications and a minor in Italian. Katie received ITSM Foundation Certification in the beginning of 2007.
