Premier, Inc. has awarded ASI System Integration, Inc. a national Technology Asset Disposition contract, including Canada and Puerto Rico. The contract allows Premier members to dispose of IT products in an environmentally responsible way and securely erase data stored on laptops, servers, copiers and other technology assets.

ASI’s process is designed to meet the needs of hospitals for IT disposal, privacy compliance regulations and information security. Premier is a leading alliance of more than 2,800 hospitals and 93,000 other continuum care sites. ASI, a leading national System Integrator and Asset Disposition company was selected because of its experience with reducing end-of-life costs, helping businesses align to compliance regulations and environmental standards. “Our firm is an embedded IT organization, and thus ASI approaches Asset Disposition from an IT perspective,” said Chris Mammano, President of ASI. “While many providers in the market today are scrappers and recyclers, ASI is able to engage our clients at a higher level.
