Stephanie Lanaro

Director, Human Resources

Joining the ASI Team in 2010, Stephanie has over 10 years of experience specializing in small to mid-size organizations providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in a variety of industries including technology, health care and banking/finance. Her broad experience includes talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, compliance issues and management.

Prior to joining the ASI Team, Stephanie supported both not-for-profit and banking/finance organizations primarily focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment. Her main responsibility was to lead the recruitment and selection process in support of the business objectives and attracting top talent.  Additionally she would drive talent management campaigns, establish internal recruitment workflows and work with senior leadership to identify talent acquisition needs.

As Director of ASI’s Human Resources Department, Stephanie is responsible for providing strategic planning, employee culture initiatives, recruitment solutions, staff development, improving processes, benefit negotiations, corporate wellness strategies, implementing and maintaining HRIS system, corporate compliance and performance management.

Stephanie earned her degree from Berkeley College majoring in Fashion Marketing and Management. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and The National Association for Professional Women (NAPW).
