training and certification standards

ASI advocates extensive multivendor training and certification to prepare our technicians, engineers, and team leads to work with ticketing systems, solve technical and business specific issues, and increase their ability to resolve issues during the initial visit.  Because the contact with the support technicians is often face-to-face, training is also required for customer service skills.  Our technicians complete a six-week soft-skills training in addition to CompTIA’s A+, Network +, Security +, Server +, and PDI + Certifications before they are eligible for technical manufacturer certifications.
